The place: Somewhere in Costa Rica
The mood: They were having a blast. This is Kevin and our friend Scott from Jacksonville. We went to Costa Rica together right after the Presidential election in 2000 when all the mess happened in Florida. Remember the "hanging chads" and the whole election debacle? We would see other Americans there and they would ask us where we were from. We were embarassed to tell them we lived in Florida! Even with all that, we had an AMAZING vacation. This place let you ride 4 wheelers on a filthy, dirty, muddy track with little hills and ramps. The guys were loving it.
