We went to the dentist on Friday with the teeth dangling in the wind. The dental hygienist used some bubble gum flavored numbing gel and she pulled them right out. Why didn't I think of that? Let's hope that's not considered an "extraction" by the insurance company.
Last time the tooth fairy visited us, Fletcher ended up having a nightmare that same night. He wondered how she made it into the house and into his room without setting off our security alarm. He decided this time we could just leave his teeth on our front porch and save the Tooth Fairy some time. I told him that was a really good idea. Looks like the Tooth Fairy's job just got a whole lot easier....well, as long as the Tooth Fairy remembers to check the front porch regularly.
He looks like such a big kid now. And it is fun to hear him talk and try to figure out how to say things (and eat) without having his two front teeth.

Now he looks more like Maddy! Except she only has the two side teeth on top and two on the bottom. Hehehehehe!
